I just have to say a really big 'Thank You' to Kal & the rest of the Band Members for your playing in Chesterfield yesterday. I'm from the town originally but moved away over 30yrs ago, however I go 'home' as often as I can to see my Dad. Sadly I wasn't able to get to this years event but am commenting on my Dad's behalf. At 93yrs old the 40's were my dad's 'youth' & he has always held on to the memories & been my inspiration for my lifelong passion for the era. He took himself off to town yesterday & listened to you guys right through to your last number. I chatted with him last night & he was thrilled with his day out, loving the music & reminiscing to the dancing. So I will say Thank You All once again for making my dear old Dad a very Happy Man! you are wonderful musicians and very lovely people. My Best Wishes to you All.
